Custom Printing

We can print any coffee bag, roll of film, or flat pouch in up to 8 colours, incorporating your logo and even colour pictures onto your packaging. We can produce coffee bags, pouches or roll stock in any size to match your presentation and packaging equipment requirements.

Bags of all types can be produced with a wide range of features including re-sealable zip strips, one way degassing valves, stand up pouches (SUP’s), quad bags (sealed down 4 sides), flat pouches, retort pouches, pouches with pouring spouts, tear-notched bags, die cut keyholes/hang-holes for “hang sell”. We can make bags that have solid colour(s) on 1 side and clear on the other to display the product inside, totally clear bags or bags that have solid colour(s) both sides. We can make bags & pouches out of a wide range of materials including including AL, PET, LLDPE, VMPET, Natural Kraft and MOPP. Custom printed bags start with 1 colour and can have as many as 8 colours. The cost savings of custom printed bags verse the production and application of paper labels to pre-made bags can be significant. The Custom Printing Production Process

Custom printing has minimum runs which start at approximately 10,000 bags, depending on the size and type of bag you want printed. Custom printing takes approximately 10-13 weeks (depending on bag type) from the approval of your final artwork proofs to finished bags being delivered to your door.

Submitting Artwork

All artwork is to be supplied electronically and should conform to the following guidelines:

Adobe Photoshop: Save files as *.PSD files. Please make sure that layers are not merged. Adobe photoshop CS4 or older.
Adobe Illustrator: Save files as *.AI files and save the fonts as outlines. Adobe Illustrator CS4 or older.

Please note that colours may vary substantially from a paper proof to a printed bag because of different printing techniques. For custom colours, please provide a colour match formula/PMS and/or a colour sample to ensure the final result is what you are expecting.

If you require us and/or our factory to generate art-work on your behalf, additional costs may apply.

Artwork can be emailed, sent via a yousendit link or mailed to us on a CD. Alternatively you can attach your file to our FTP server below – just fill in your information and attach. The file limit must be under 50mb.
